SlushIQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some SlushIQ tools and recipes involve alcoholic ingredients. You must be of legal drinking age in your location to use alcohol-related features. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
Use SlushIQ responsibly. Do not drink and drive. SlushIQ does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.
On Android, alcohol-related features may be limited based on age-related signals provided by Google Play in applicable regions.
SlushIQ provides frozen drink calculations, recipe guidance, Brix estimates, ABV estimates, machine-mode suggestions, and ingredient recommendations for informational purposes only.
Results may vary based on ingredient brands, measurement accuracy, appliance model, temperature, sugar content, alcohol content, and other real-world factors. You agree to independently verify measurements, sugar levels, alcohol levels, and appliance compatibility before preparing any beverage.
SlushIQ includes Brixley Chat, which uses the OpenAI API to interpret ingredient descriptions and provide recipe help. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
You agree to independently verify all AI-generated recipes, calculations, ingredient substitutions, and safety considerations before using them.
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for determining whether a recipe, ingredient combination, or mixture is suitable for your slush machine or appliance.
SlushIQ is not liable for equipment damage, clogging, mechanical issues, freezing failures, overheating, mixing errors, malfunctions, ingredient loss, or property damage resulting from use of the app or its recipes.
SlushIQ is not affiliated with Ninja®, Iceman Slush-Ease™, or any appliance manufacturer, and does not guarantee machine compatibility.
All SlushIQ content, branding, design, code, app features, and original materials belong to the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute SlushIQ content without permission.

Use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
SlushIQ may include recipes inspired by community submissions, public recipe ideas, or user-created recipes. Recipes may be modified, reformatted, or adapted for frozen drink calculations and machine compatibility.
If you submit feedback, recipes, or suggestions, you grant SlushIQ permission to review, modify, and use that information to improve the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlushIQ and its creators are not liable for:

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue features, recipes, tools, or content at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to SlushIQ at any time if these terms are violated or if misuse of the app is detected.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SlushIQ after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
