SlushIQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the SlushIQ mobile application, visit our website, contact support, or participate in our online communities.
SlushIQ is designed primarily as a frozen drink calculator, recipe tool, and drink assistant. We intentionally collect as little information as possible, and we do not sell user data.
SlushIQ does not require a user account and does not store personal user profiles on our own servers.
Saved recipes, favorites, custom ingredients, app preferences, and similar app data are stored locally on your device. This data may also be backed up or restored through Apple iCloud or Android backup services if those features are enabled on your device.
We do not sell your information or use it for cross-app tracking.
SlushIQ is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may provide crash reports, diagnostics, install data, and other platform-level services according to their own privacy policies.
Brixley Chat uses the OpenAI API to interpret ingredient descriptions, recipe requests, and frozen drink questions. Only the text you enter into Brixley Chat is sent for processing.
SlushIQ does not send your name, payment information, device advertising identifier, saved recipe library, or account information to OpenAI.
On Android, SlushIQ may use Google Play Age Signals in regions where Google Play provides age-related signals as required by law. These signals may include an age range, verification status, supervision status, approval status, and a Play-generated install ID.
SlushIQ uses this information only to provide age-appropriate access to alcohol-related features. We do not use age signals for advertising, tracking, analytics, or personalization.
If you contact us by email or submit a support form, your message may be processed by email or form-forwarding services so we can respond.
SlushIQ does not display advertisements, perform ad targeting, access advertising identifiers, or engage in cross-app tracking.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by SlushIQ, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.
SlushIQ is not intended for children under 13. Alcohol-related features are intended only for users who are of legal drinking age in their location.
On Android, alcohol-related features may be limited based on age-related signals provided by Google Play in applicable regions.
SlushIQ does not maintain user accounts or personal user profiles. If you contact us by email or submit a form, you may request deletion of that specific correspondence by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date.
